I used to take for granted all the good times we had. We would get together as often as he could because he was busy with school a lot and I failed to realize the importance of that over a relationship. So, instead of enjoying our time together I made both of our lives a living hell and complained and complained over and over and I’d get jealous and be angry . . . when in reality I was just happy to have a kiss and a night together. He always tried his best and I never got to thank him.

Luckily, my ex taught me to appreciate everything now, no matter how small it is. Relationships, because of him, will be much better and I won’t take for granted anymore when someone gives me their time, affection and relationship. Hope he will realize this . . .
